Zucchini Rolls with Cream Cheese Canapé

  1. Small zucchini 200g, thick slices 0.5cm
  2. Cream cheese 200g
  3. Fresh chopped basil 20g
  4. Fresh chopped dill 15g
  5. 1 garlic clove, crushed
  6. Lemon zest 1/2
  7. Extra virgin olive oil
  8. Salt flakes and fresh ground black pepper


  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, with salt and pepper and place zucchini slices on the pan
  2. Grill the slices evenly until they become tender.
  3. Combine cream cheese, basil, dill, and lemon zest in a bowl, and mix well.
  4. Place the grilled zucchini slices on a worktop and add the cream cheese mixture at one end and roll each slice gently
  5. Garnish each roll with dill and serve
