  1. Burger patties 2
  2. Portobello mushrooms 2
  3. Fresh truffle 12g
  4. Comte cheese 50g
  5. Pickled jalapeno
  6. Wild rocket leaves 12g


  1. Heat a pan or griddle and cook burger patties for 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked through to your liking
  2. Meanwhile, preheat a pan or griddle, cook and grill Portobello mushrooms for few minutes until tender
  3. Cut the bun in half and toast for few second until light golden
  4. For the last 2 minutes of cooking the burger, top each burger with comte cheese and truffle shavings
  5. Layer up the toasted bottom bun with grilled mushrooms and truffles burger patties
  6. Top with pickled jalapenos and wild rocket
  7. Spread the top with truffle herb mayonnaise to finish and serve with potato chips

Ingredients for Truffle Herb Mayonnaise

  1. Mayonnaise 200g
  2. Chives, parsley and basil 6g
  3. Truffle oil 10ml
  4. Half lemon juice
  5. Pinch of salt


  1. Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix until well combined
  2. Cover and chill until ready to serve
