Ingredients
- Burger patties 2
- Portobello mushrooms 2
- Fresh truffle 12g
- Comte cheese 50g
- Pickled jalapeno
- Wild rocket leaves 12g
Method
- Heat a pan or griddle and cook burger patties for 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked through to your liking
- Meanwhile, preheat a pan or griddle, cook and grill Portobello mushrooms for few minutes until tender
- Cut the bun in half and toast for few second until light golden
- For the last 2 minutes of cooking the burger, top each burger with comte cheese and truffle shavings
- Layer up the toasted bottom bun with grilled mushrooms and truffles burger patties
- Top with pickled jalapenos and wild rocket
- Spread the top with truffle herb mayonnaise to finish and serve with potato chips
Ingredients for Truffle Herb Mayonnaise
- Mayonnaise 200g
- Chives, parsley and basil 6g
- Truffle oil 10ml
- Half lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix until well combined
- Cover and chill until ready to serve
