  1. Smoked salmon 50g
  2. Heavy cream 30g
  3. Package cream cheese, softened 30g
  4. ½ lemon, juiced
  5. Dried dill weed to taste 30g
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Salmon cubes 30g


  1. Place the smoked salmon in a blender or food processor, and blend it until it’s smooth.
  2. Mix in heavy cream, cream cheese, juice of half of a lemon, dried dill weed, salt and pepper.
  3. Blend to desired consistency. Transfer to a medium serving dish, and garnish with salmon roe.
