Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of a product, please contact customer service at the time of the delivery when you initially receive your order. If you receive in your order products with no damage or a fault from our end, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange because of the high sensitivity of our products.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you had received it in. Please make sure to document your claim with a picture, and keep with you the original packaging to allow better tracking on our end. In case of wrong delivery of course, we will accept returns.

If you would like a refund due to unsatisfactory quality or freshness of a product or if the product is damaged, please contact us at the time of the delivery. Once we receive your returned product and we are able to check it, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your claim has been approved a refund will proceed through the original mode of payment. For card payments, refunds will take 7 to 14 working days. For cash payments, we will do a bank transfer to the account of the customer who placed the order. Transfers will take up to 7 working days.

All refunds must have original proof of purchase.
