Return Policy

 

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of a product, you must inform us at the time of the delivery when you initially receive your order and we will replace it ASAP. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your respective item must be unused and in the same condition in which you had received it in.

 

If you would like a refund due to unsatisfactory quality or freshness of a product, we will process a refund through the original mode of payment once we have received the item you would like to refund. For card payments, refunds will take 7 to 14 working days. For cash payments we will do a bank transfer to the account of the customer who placed the order. Transfers will take up to 7 working days.

 

All refunds must have original proof of purchase.
