Tartines with Cream, Quail Eggs and Caviar

Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette
  • 200g Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Sweet Chilli Powder
  • 8 Quail Eggs
  • 2 Smoked Salmon
  • 50g Antonius Oscietra Caviar
  • Dill

Method

  1. Peel the quail eggs and cut them into halves.
  2. Mix the cream with chilli until smooth.
  3. Cut the baguette into 2 cm thick slices.
  4. Smear each slice of bread with cheese.
  5. Top each of the sandwiches with a piece of salmon, quail egg and a tablespoon of caviar.
  6. Decorate with fresh dill.
