Crispy potato chips at home.

Ingredients

  • 250g La ratte potato
  • Salt flakes
  • 1 liter Frying oil

Method

  1. Wash the potato well in cold water
  2. Slice the potato by using Mandolin with 1/8 cm thickness and soak in water for half an hour
  3. Drain in a sieve to remove the excess water and fry at 180 °C for 3-5 minutes, until the potatoes turn golden and crispy
  4. Drain in a paper towel, add the salt and let it sit in 2-3 minutes
