Potato Chips
Crispy potato chips at home.

Ingredients
- 250g La ratte potato
- Salt flakes
- 1 liter Frying oil
Method
- Wash the potato well in cold water
- Slice the potato by using Mandolin with 1/8 cm thickness and soak in water for half an hour
- Drain in a sieve to remove the excess water and fry at 180 °C for 3-5 minutes, until the potatoes turn golden and crispy
- Drain in a paper towel, add the salt and let it sit in 2-3 minutes
