- 160g Beef bresaola
- 300g Mozzarella buffala cheese
- 15ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 60g Wild roquette leaves
- 60g Cherry tomatoes
- 5ml White Truffle oil
- 16g Fresh truffle
- Thinly slice the beef bresaola
- Arrange all the ingredients in a plate
- Top with truffle shavings and a drizzle of truffle oil.
