Avocado Salmon Tartar
Fresh salmon accompanied by perfectly ripened avocados.
- 330g Hass avocado
- 200g Smoked salmon
- 25g Shallots
- 15g Capers
- 25g Lemon zest
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt flakes
- Black pepper
- Micro herbs
- Combine the smoked salmon, shallots, capers, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the avocado in half and add the mixture in the middle and garnish with micro herbs
