Ingredients
- La Ratte potato 250g
- Salt flakes
- Frying oil 1 liter
Method
- Wash the potato well in cold water
- Slice the potato by using Mandolin with 1/8cm thickness and soak in water for half an hour
- Drain in a sieve to remove the excess water and fry at 180 °C for 3-5 minutes, until the potatoes turn golden and crispy
- Drain in a paper towel, add the salt and let them sit for 2-3 minutes
- Serve with mayonnaise, aioli, or any sauce of your choice.
