  1. La Ratte potato 250g
  2. Salt flakes
  3. Frying oil 1 liter


  1. Wash the potato well in cold water
  2. Slice the potato by using Mandolin with 1/8cm thickness and soak in water for half an hour
  3. Drain in a sieve to remove the excess water and fry at 180 °C for 3-5 minutes, until the potatoes turn golden and crispy
  4. Drain in a paper towel, add the salt and let them sit for 2-3 minutes
  5. Serve with mayonnaise, aioli, or any sauce of your choice.
