Ingredients
- Agria Potato 5kg
- Puff pastry ring of 26cm diameter 2
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion
- Fresh thyme 10g
- Sour cream 250g
Method
- Peel the potato and slice it 2mm thick
- Place the potato into a bowl with water, and season it with salt and pepper
- Mix and keep for 15 minutes
- Remove the potato from the water
- Add chopped onion, garlic and thyme in the potato
- Place the potato in the middle of the puff pastry ring
- Cover it with another puff pastry ring
- Brush the pipe with egg wash and make a design with a small knife
- Cook at 170° for 1 hour
- With the knife, cut the lid of the dough
- Add sour cream and mix with the potato
- Serve it hot
