PREPARATION & SERVING | Add 30g Matcha concentrate to a 6oz cup. Steam latte milk (65 – 68C˚, 5% foam). Pour 30ml steamed milk into concentrate, swirl to combine into a strong base. Pour remaining milk in slowly to create patterns. |
