How to Grill the Perfect Steak
Allow steaks to stand at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes before you grill them. They will cook faster through to the center and stay juicer.
Add salt to your steak 20 minutes before grilling.
Grill the steak over high heat. This will give the meat a nice sear on the outside, while locking in the juices and flavor on the inside.
Don’t flip the steak over and over, as this will take it away from the heat that it needs for searing.
Estimate the grilling time for your steak. (Guide below)
Always let the meat rest for 10 minutes before your serve
