  1. Monin Hibiscus Syrup 20ml
  2. Monin Raspberry Syrup 10ml
  3. 10 mint leaves
  4. 3 raspberries
  5. ½ lime
  6. Soda water


  1. Pour the raspberries, mint and lime into a glass and muddle them with the two Monin syrups.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Top with the soda water
  4. Stir & serve.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and raspberries.
