About the Product
This product is originally from Parma, Italy, and each piece is 250 grams. This cheese has also been aged for 10-12 months. Grana Padano is one of the biggest PDO cheeses.
Tasting Notes
The yellow rind is quite thick, however, the paste is white or straw-yellow, and has a hard texture. It holds a fruity and sweet taste, along with a buttery aroma that incorporates touches of dried fruits.
