About the Product
This product is originally from Parma, Italy, and each piece is 250 grams. This cheese has also been aged for 10-12 months. This cheese was created by the Cistercian monks of Chiaravalle Abbey in the 12th century, and is produced in multipple daries throughout the Padana Valley. Grana Padano is one of the biggest PDO cheeses.
The yellow rind is quite thick, however, the paste is white or straw-yellow, and has a hard texture. It holds a fruity and sweet taste, along with a buttery aroma that incorporates touches of dried fruits.
How to Enjoy
