This product is originally from Australia, by John Dee, 150 days grainfed, and each piece is 500g. The prime rib has a smooth white marble within the meat, making it very tender once cooked. It is most popularly cooked au jus, to preserve its tenderness which is derived from its significant fat content.

John Dee, originating from South East Queensland, ensures that all its cattle are British breeds, such as Angus and Shorthorn, or a mix of British and European, such as Charolais cross-bred with Angus. These cattle consume rations of high protein with a significant amount of barley. In addition to this, John Dee pays a significant amount of attention to the hygiene and health of their cattle and feedlots.
