This Halloumi cheese is made out of Cypriot cow, sheep and goat milk. It is popular for its impressive ability to maintain its shape when used in cooking.

Tasting Notes

Halloumi cheese has a bouncy and squeaky texture, accompanied by a salty and tangy burst of flavor. When cooked, the milk sugars that lie within the cheese caramelize on the outside, which conveys a similar taste to that of sweet onion.
