Ingredients for 4 types of Canapé
- Sour cream 250g
- Basil or parsley 45g
- Black pepper
- Cooked shrimps size 10/20 1kg
- Smoked salmon 200g
- Caviar White Sturgeon 40g
- Beef bresaola 50g
- Boiled eggs
- Crackers
Method
- In a small bowl, stir together container sour cream, and add fresh basil or parsley with black pepper for a 250g quantity
- Spread some sour cream on a cracker and topped with any of the above ingredients you prefer.
