  2. Mozzarella buffala cheese 300g
  3. Extra virgin olive oil 15ml
  4. Wild roquette leaves 60g
  5. Cherry tomatoes 60g
  6. White Truffle oil 5ml
  7. Fresh truffle 16g


  1. Thinly slice the beef bresaola
  2. Arrange all the ingredients in a plate
  3. Top with truffle shavings and a drizzle of truffle oil.
