This product is originally from USA, fully trimmed, skin on, vacuum, and each defrosted piece is between 800-1000g (minimum order is 2 fillets). Cod is the common name for the genus Gadus of demersal fish, belonging to the family Gadidae.The Atlantic cod can change colour at certain water depths. It has two distinct colour phases: gray-green and reddish brown. Its average weight is 5–12 kilograms.
