Ingredients

  1. Aged cecina beef slices 120g
  2. Charentais melon 500g
  3. Boconcini mozzarella cheese 150g
  4. Fresh basil leaves 5g
  5. Baby lamb lettuce 60g
  6. Aged balsamic vinegar 5ml

Method

  1. Cut the Charentais melon into wedges
  2. Thinly slice the aged cecina beef
  3. Display all ingredients in a plate, and drizzle with olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar.
