Ingredients

  1. Cod fish 450g
  2. Baby potato 300 sprig
  3. Onion 200g
  4. Beef tomatoes 100g
  5. Capers 10g
  6. Parsley 10g
  7. Coriander 10g
  8. Extra virgin olive oil 10ml

Method

  1. Sauté the onion until it is golden and caramelized
  2. Cut the tomato into round pieces
  3. On a baking paper with olive oil, place the potato, cod fish and the tomatoes topped with the caramelized onions capers, parsley, and coriander
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 220 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
