- Cod fish 450g
- Baby potato 300 sprig
- Onion 200g
- Beef tomatoes 100g
- Capers 10g
- Parsley 10g
- Coriander 10g
- Extra virgin olive oil 10ml
Method
- Sauté the onion until it is golden and caramelized
- Cut the tomato into round pieces
- On a baking paper with olive oil, place the potato, cod fish and the tomatoes topped with the caramelized onions capers, parsley, and coriander
- Bake for 15 minutes at 220 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
