  1. Hass avocado 330g
  2. Smoked salmon 200g
  3. Shallots 25g
  4. Capers 15g
  5. Lemon zest 25g
  6. Lemon juice 25ml
  7. Extra virgin olive oil 20ml
  8. Salt flakes
  9. Black pepper
  10. Micro herbs


  1. Combine the smoked salmon, shallots, capers, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the avocado in half  and add the mixture in the middle and garnish with micro
